At Sanford & Company, we can get the vision from your mind and make it a reality by getting your home ideas onto paper and then, onto your land! We've been through this process many times before and understand the challenges of moving our customer's visions into the real world.
One of the first things we will do is create a conceptual drawing based on what you have shared with us about your building. We will ask questions and refine the drawing until it is aligned with what you want, so your vision and our sketch match. Once we have done this successfully and to your liking we will engineer the details.
The next 2 steps:- Our engineering plans become blueprints of your new home
- The blueprints are reviewed for approval and engineering stamped
What's Next? Permitting!
It's important to meet or exceed each local building code so that your home project can begin without a hitch. The town building department will be forthcoming with ideas and guidance if any recommendations or changes are needed in your desired plans.
